In XCIPTV, go to Settings > Playlist > Local Playlist . go to Settings >
Transfer your .m3u file to your device (via USB, Download folder, or cloud storage).
Paste the full M3U URL into the text box. Example URL: http://server.com:8080/get.php?username=john&password=doe&type=m3u Step 3: Name your playlist (e.g., "My TV").
