An Analysis of Transgender Representation in Virtual Reality (VR) Videos

To gather data, we conducted a comprehensive search of VR video platforms, including YouTube, Vimeo, and specialized VR content websites. We used keywords such as "transgender VR," "trans VR," and "tranny VR" to identify relevant content. Our search yielded a total of 150 VR videos, which were then analyzed based on their content, production quality, and engagement metrics.

The rise of Virtual Reality (VR) technology has transformed the way we experience and interact with digital content. As VR continues to grow in popularity, it's essential to examine the representation of diverse groups, including the transgender community. This report aims to provide an overview of the current state of transgender representation in VR videos, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
