Realtek chipsets ending in "AU" (8812AU, 8822AU, 8832AU) are notoriously bad at supporting newer kernels (6.5+).

Do not use the default drivers. Use the aircrack-ng/rtl8812au repository. It supports the 8832 variant out of the box.
