If you meant Outlander S2 only — here’s a quick review: Season 2 shifts from the Scottish Highlands to the lavish but treacherous French court. The pacing feels slower and more political, but Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan deliver strong performances. The finale is emotionally devastating. Fans of romance/drama will like it, but action-focused viewers may find it frustrating. If you meant OpenH264 performance/reliability : It’s a solid, BSD-licensed H.264 encoder/decoder. Not the most efficient (lower compression than x264), but good for real-time low-latency needs. Main strengths: patent-safe, cross-platform, integrated into WebRTC.
