"For the climax," Nazir said, "I will hold this pot. When the hero stabs me, I will not drop it. I will fall to my knees, but the pot will not shatter. I will whisper, 'This pot holds the village's water. A villain dies, but the water lives.' Then I close my eyes."
"Sir, for this scene… the hero catches you. He slaps you. Then he delivers the punchline: 'Oru naalum nalla nadigaraaga vaazhla, kuppai koodhi koothi' (You never lived as a good actor, you garbage scavenger)."
"Cut!" the director yelled. "Sir, why the smile? You are supposed to look defeated."
"That's a wrap for Nazir sir," the AD announced.
The producer reluctantly agreed.
He whispered: " Naan poga venaam. Aana en kai kulla irukkara kudatha pathukonga. " (I don't have to stay. But take care of the pot in my hand.)
