Reassemble the case, power on the NVR. Step 6: The NVR will boot as if new. You will need to run the Setup Wizard and create a new admin password. If you see a jumper cap over two pins, move it to the adjacent two pins for 10 seconds, then move it back. Step 4 (Button method): Press and hold the small button for 15–30 seconds using a non-conductive tool (plastic spudger). Reassemble the case, power on the NVR
Open ConfigTool. It will scan for all Dahua devices.
Navigate to Settings (Gear icon) > System > Default .
