I’ve started this “Excogi Nikki” as a quiet place to untangle thoughts. Excogi – from ex cogitare , to think out, to examine. Not overthinking, but looking clearly at what’s already inside.

Today’s note: Lately I catch myself performing my own life. Smiling when I should be quiet. Saying “I’m fine” when my chest feels tight. Excogi, for me, means stopping that performance mid-scene. excogi nikki
