The other half lies in a government incinerator. Minister Cárdenas hasn't been seen in 72 hours. Officially, he is on “medical leave.” Unofficially, he was last seen entering the basement of the Ministry of Interior—a basement that doesn’t exist on any blueprint.

Alarms blare. A firefight erupts. Two team members are killed. The drone pilot manages to hack Satrip’s internal security feeds and streams the atrocities live across social media and international news.
