Vi watches in horror as Vander’s body goes limp. Through the smoke, she sees Powder’s terrified face. In a moment of pure grief and rage, Vi lashes out.
The council of Piltover, led by the cold matriarch , demands justice. The enforcer Marcus is tasked with hunting down the “terrorists” from Zaun. Jayce, meanwhile, is nearly expelled for his dangerous magical experiments. He is saved by his partner, the brilliant and terminally ill scientist Viktor , and Mel herself, who sees Hextech as a weapon to secure Piltover’s future.
The world is run by two cities. Above, on the cliffs, is Piltover , the “City of Progress.” It is a utopia of golden spires, clean streets, and brilliant innovation, powered by magic-like technology called Hextech. Below, buried in the toxic shadows of the cliffs, is Zaun . It is a labyrinth of polluted factories, flickering neon lights, and desperate survival, driven by a dangerous, shimmering purple chem-tech called Shimmer. arcane temporada 1
And then, silence. In the wreckage of her own mind, Jinx sits in her “Jinx” chair, looking at the smoke rising from Piltover. Vi pounds her fists on the glass, screaming.
The final act unfolds at a dinner table in a dilapidated jazz bar. Jinx has kidnapped both Silco and Caitlyn. She ties them to chairs and sets a dinner table with three plates: one for Vi, one for Silco, one for Caitlyn. The explosion is not a small bang
Jinx fires the rocket. It soars through the air, over the bridge, past the rooftops of Piltover, straight toward the glass window of the Council Chamber.
