There, they discover the —a rogue faction of guards who believe Princess Bubblegum has become too authoritarian. The group plans to overthrow her by holding a non-violent sit-in and forcing her to listen to their demands for dental plans, vacation days, and respect.
After a banana guard quits due to a lack of respect, Finn and Jake go undercover within the Banana Guard ranks to investigate a mysterious yellow line on the floor of the Candy Kingdom—only to discover a secret society and a deeper threat to Princess Bubblegum’s authority.
The episode opens with Banana Guard #7 dramatically quitting his post, citing low morale, poor pay, and the citizens’ mockery. Princess Bubblegum dismisses his complaints, but Finn notices a strange painted across the castle floor. No guard will cross it or explain its meaning.
