Run Setup.exe as Administrator (right-click → Run as administrator).

Go to "Check for Updates" .

Search for "Acer NitroSense" .

Find "NitroSense" or "PredatorSense" (the same software, name varies by model).

If you see "This product is not compatible" – use Method 1 instead. Method 3: Acer Care Center (For Updates) If NitroSense is already installed but not working:

Click the Download button.

If you see "Install" or "Update" – your laptop supports it. Click install.

Follow the on-screen instructions and restart your laptop. Method 2: Microsoft Store (If Pre-installed or Auto-Detected) Some newer Acer Nitro laptops have the launcher pre-installed.
