She remembered something. When she was twelve, her father had taken her geocaching. He’d hidden a container not with coordinates, but with a riddle: “To unlock the box, you must be in the place where the memory was made.”

“Dad was also the one who taught me to build a firewall out of a Raspberry Pi and a toaster,” Leo said, pushing his glasses up. “He had layers. This is his final one.”
